• The Corporation hereby employs the Dentist and the Dentist agrees to accept temporary employment as a dentist at the Corporation's dental clinic
• During the term of this Agreement, the Dentist shall work such days and hours as are mutually agreed between Dentist and Corporation, and, during such times, Dentist shall perform such duties as are prescribed by the Corporation
• All income generated by Dentist for professional services shall belong to the Corporation
• Dentist acknowledges and agrees that in exchange for the amounts payable to Dentist by the Corporation as set forth in this Agreement, that any and all fees received by Dentist from patients, payors, or any third parties as a result of professional rendered hereunder belong to the Corporation and shall be remitted promptly to the Corporation if received by Dentist
• Dentist shall be paid a salary of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per day for each day worked, with such salary to be paid bi-weekly

• Dentist shall obtain and carry at all times professional liability insurance in a minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) aggregate
• Dentist agrees to indemnify and hold the Corporation harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, which the Corporation may suffer or incur arising out of any alleged or actual malpractice, misconduct, or negligence claim against the Dentist or the Corporation made by a patient who was treated by the Dentist
