Job duties include supervision of maintenance mechanics, training them in all phases of commercial building maintenance , Ordering supplies, troubleshooting problems, including all equipment in building, including boiler rooms, generator, Maintaining building to pass fire, inspections, and state inspections, Complete and execute a preventative maintenance schedule. Visit our other sites to aid them in being in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Also train other maintenance directors on how to complete repairs.

SKILLS
My strongest skill is learning and teaching new skills as a Maintenance Director. Being a hands-on maintenance director, I am able to teach my staff special skills that I have which include, Preventive Maintenance, how to keep Maintenance logs, how to arrange their day where it becomes very productive. Some of the skills that have become my strong points through my entire career include they following : masonry, geneal repairs, light electrical, air-conditioning, and refrigeration, low pressure, boiler maintenance, tile installation and repair, plumbing and painting.
