- Set Membership Growth and Engagement strategy, supported by a team of 14 engineers
- Grew Membership 100% to ~ 12 million members
- Launched 15 partnership integrations across 7 countries, including Capital One, Disney (US), TD Bank (CAN), Amazon (JP) and Paypal (ANZ), resulting in 2 million new members acquired
- Launched member exclusive Delivery & Mobility offers across Australia, Mexico, US, France and the UK, resulting in a 4% member engagement increase and a 10% order increase for participating merchants
Head of Product Operations Membership (2021)
- Responsible for leading the launch of all Membership product features across the globe for both Delivery and Mobility created by a team of 60 engineers
- Led the transition to a new Membership Platform, built by ~30 engineers and reducing execution timelines for new market or feature launches by ~80%
- Led the launch of Uber One in the US and subsequent expansion to Mexico, Canada, ANZ and the UK - moving from a disjoint family of passes to a single x-lob membership
