Guided and facilitated people and tasks to complete retail IT projects and fulfill end-to-end business operations under the North America Tech Infrastructure team.

• Led the rollout to upgrade 300 point-of-sale (POS) HP 1 registers for US and CAN store fleet.
• Led the rollout to upgrade 600 point-of-sale (POS) NCR registers for US store fleet.
• Upgraded over 600 laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for US store fleet.
• Facilitated the setup of a retail training lab site in Guadalajara, Mexico for NAM 123 agents. Provided overall improvement of NAM retail hardware support.
• Tracked annual invoices (POs and GRs) for Tech Infrastructure team.

• Approved and scheduled 25 customer steel plate orders per day by verifying available slab inventory via Microsoft Excel, Ericom PowerTerm Emulator, Microsoft Access database system and queries, and company's web-based inventory management system.
• Maintained steel slab inventory levels to fulfill weekly customer demand.

• Recorded and documented live collegiate sports games for university's at-home audience using Sony PXW-Z190 4K Camcorders and an Envivo Replay system. Let go due to credit hour requirement as graduate student.

• Fostered wing of 30 residents (Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors) and guided them to integrate into both academic and social communities on campus. Let go due to COVID-19 restricting on-campus living for all students.
