I am 21 year old, motivated and soon to be college graduate, and with this opportunity to become a PE and train on your behalf, I am open to traveling and moving South. With my serving job, I have been able to save money throughout the years. I have been struggling with the idea of what life will look like after graduation, since I do not have a path of direction or job opportunity that is promising or fulfilling of my passion. Therefore, I obtain an abundance of freedom in deciding what is next for myself without being tied to the state, through debt or other responsibilities. - I had a few gaps in my timeline before reaching this point. After my summer job at Ziti's in 2023, I had moved to my mom's house in preparation for my college attendance at University of New Hampshire. I shortly realized that not even a month of living in the dorms, that that lifestyle was not for me; and in a better sense I deeply felt a lack of purpose. I moved home in October of 2023, and caught up with my dropped semester with online classes at a local community college here in Massachusetts. In 2024, I completed my freshman spring semester at Worcester State University, which I am in attendance now. I applied to Mezcal spring of 2024, through a mutual friend, the operations director.
- I have learned to provide higher end service using new technology in a fast-paced environment. Larger sections, more reservations, and later hours came my way. Adapting to lovely customers, not so lovely people, and somehow learning to leave work at the restaurant when I clock out at night.
- I have built some great relationships with my co-workers who are more like family to me. Discovering how to maintain a professional as well as personal relationships in the workplace is extremely important.

- This was my first real customer service job outside of graduating high school in 2023.
- I learned how to complete tasks quickly and efficiently under pressure with increasing demand. With each new shift, I was able to control my mindset and emotions in not allowing stress or anxiety of a busy, uncontrollable night to overcome my performance. I began to appreciate the loyal customers and regulars that visited weekly, which assisted in my deeper desire to understand human nature and behavior.
- Not only did I attain the skill of operating under pressure without breaking character, I developed the confidence to communicate on my own, with no perimeters or outlines I was given in high school. I realized that being able to hold a conversation, look someone in the eye, and truly have a purpose in that interaction, is in my opinion, one of the most intangible, valuable assets of life that our society lacks today.

- I am the oldest of three younger sisters and with that role, I've taken on numerous responsibilities throughout the years in trying to be a good influence and role model for them As of recently, September 2025, my life has felt like a rollercoaster through divorced parents, navigating relationships, loss, the idea of change and futuristic pressures through changing schools If I had to choose one takeaway from getting to know me, it would be my faith and my growing relationship with Jesus Christ It wasn't until I completely fell on my face last year and had to surrender to God my desire to control everything, that I felt completely free and extremely content in life
- With that being said, I would say I have the skills of being extremely empathetic and caring towards people I am detail oriented, and through my own childhood I have learned to pay attention, or in a better sense of words investigating, especially to the things that aren't as they seem I have been known to Gab, which is very ironic considering my name, but truly I love to speak and make sense of things until it is fully resolved I have always been a realist and aimed to see the bigger picture; the "why" I love socializing and being around people, and knowing that I can contribute something to someone else's world to hopefully make their life better
