- Ensured proper terminal, radar and non-radar procedures and separation of aircraft.
- Familiar with the location and operation of VORS, TACANS, ILSs, and NDBs.
- Has a current FAA Class II Flight Physical required for performance of ATC duties.
- Has a current Secret Security Clearance.
- Certified on the following systems and equipment: Standard Terminal Automated Replacement System (STARS), FUSION, Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS), Information Dissemination/Display System (IDS-5), Flight Data Input Output System (FDIO), Automated Terminal Informational System (ATIS), Digital Audio Legal Recorder (DALR), and Sensitive Information Telephone Unit (STIU III).
