I work as a cheese production specialist at Masters gallery my specific roll is to safely and effectively put cheese onto the production line to then get shredded or sliced. I also am in charge of changing and prepping the correct shred heads for specific shred requests. I also am in charge of maintaining a clean environment making sure none of the cheese slicing harps break and if they do I change them fast and efficiently to keep production efficient these harps usually weigh around 40 to 50 lbs same as for the shred heads.
As a counter clerk I was the main provider of nonstop friendly customer service I helped all the guests with every need and request they had I served raw meat and handled the ready to eat deli meats, cheeses and salads with that come much needed cross contamination prevention procedures such as constant hand washing, changing of disposal gloves and changing when needed of the smock. I was also in charge of taking on the phone orders and answering any of the questions they had. Most importantly I was in charge of proper after hour cleaning up and needed prep of product at the end of each day.
