Resistance training programming and equipment orientations for new participants of general public and special populations (pregnant moms, older adults, and cardiopulmonary participants)
Assist in administrative duties and management of the Fitness, Instruction, Testing, and Training Facility (FITT)
Perform assessments as part of the Cardiovascular Health Assessment Program including ECG stress testing, pulmonary function tests, and body composition assessments (skinfolds, waist circumference, DEXA scans)
Lead interventionist for MoTrPAC study leading resistance training sessions, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, max testing, grip strength, isometric knee strength assessments, data acquisition and documentation
Supervise exercise training sessions for FITT participants and other ongoing NIH funded research studies including the ENHANCED by Mom study
Mentor graduate students and undergraduate interns in study protocols and come up with solutions to any problems that may arise
Assist in undergraduate and graduate level courses in the Human Performance lab when needed
