The incumbent has primary investigative responsibilities for Title 11 of the revised Yakama Nation Code, including but not limited ti the Sex Offender Registration Program(SORP); and the monitoring, apprehending, registering and tracking of clientele. The incumbent is a sworn commissioner officer subject to 24-hour-on-call status. As assigned, investigates, and detains all persons suspected if violating tribal, federal, state and local laws. Ensures all investigations are conducted and documented in accordance with prescribed guidelines and protocol. Compiles and analyzes data, develops training and educational curriculum and power point presentations, attends meetings, facilities community outreach.
