As a current team member here at culvers my responsibilities have always been to make sure the guest have an amazing experience and make sure the equipment is suited for guest and employee use. while i never actually made any food i was always bringing it to the guest. As a team member I am also required to help with any issues like spilled drinks or restocking essentials. I am also required to stay to help closing on most days and it mostly involves cleaning equipment after use and scrubbing the floor clean and sweeping. These experiences gave me plenty of chances to talk to different people from different backgrounds.

My Experience at papa johns has given me the opportunity to prepare food for customers. This experience has given me great hand to hand work with other team members. My task were always make pizza to the best quality and restock ingredients upon notice. I also flatten out the dough and cut finished pizzas and stored them in the boxes neatly where they sit and wait for the customer to pick them up. I also sweep the floors up everyday and on some days i help fold boxes. I rarely had opportunities to talk to customers because i was mainly on the make line but i always greet customers with a smile.
