I'm a rising senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a current GPA of 3.7. I am currently studying data science, and pursuing a certificate in quantitative finance and actuarial sciences. I am also currently in CU's accelerated master's program for applied math, and will graduate with my master's in 2027. I have strong experience using many different coding languages, as well as data management and analysis. I am also a member of the CU Data Buffs, CU's data science club. Currently, I am working on an undergraduate exploratory research project with one of my professors on Doeblin's coefficient and the stock market. - I built an easy-to-use website available for lab and field technicians to upload their raw DNA/RNA sequencing data for preprocessing, which leverages parallel coding techniques and Docker for efficiency and portability.
- I spent time writing a literature review for a state-of-the-art AI tool aimed at enhancing pathogen discovery. This included analyzing many different AI models, such as AlphaFold, Enformer, and EVO2.
