During my LVN preceptorship, I gained hands-on clinical experience providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care under the guidance of a licensed nurse preceptor. I assisted with medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and vital sign monitoring while reinforcing skills in documentation, patient education, and infection control. This experience allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-world patient care, enhance my critical thinking, and build confidence in prioritizing and managing multiple patient needs.
