• Researched and corrected discrepancies with the loading procedures and avionic testing procedures for the F-35 in both shore and ashore Navy and Marine Corps loading publications and checklists.

• Implemented and tested new technology for loading various types of ordnance and avionics systems while aboard multiple carriers for the F-35 CTOL initial sea trials.

• Assisted in the research and construction of a self-loading mechanism for all F-35 models and tested the product in an Air Force climate chamber.

• Held the responsibility of establishing an avionics department within my unit from 2010 to 2012 to troubleshoot and repair multiple weapon avionic components for the UH-1 and AH-1 attack helicopters.

• Tested weapon avionics components that ensured the precision of weapon firing, guidance, and launch systems.

• Supervised the loading and unloading of rockets and ammunition for the AH-1 and UH-1 attack helicopters, as well as updated and maintained all weapon documentation and maintenance of the UH-1Y and AH-1W.

• Managed both day and night shift desk sergeants and guided them to perform the utmost maintenance in an efficient and safe manner.
