I am very open to learning new things, while still getting more experience in what my knowledge for previous work is. While I love working in teams, I will also have you know I am also very good at figuring things out/resolving them which Is also useful! One of my favorite things is building connections with customers on somewhat of a personal level, but rather understand them to what fits their needs!
This job is a very personal job. What I mean by that is you get to know the residents individually make different connections with them, since you’re taking care and seeing them almost everyday. Helping them with day to day things as little as doing activities with them, to helping them with hygiene needs.
This job was very independent. I worked every shift on my own, basically running the store by myself. I love working with teammates but getting a good feel of what it’s like to have that independence was awesome! I organized and kept the store looking great! And again really just making sure that customer service was excellent considering we were a very well known popular shop!
This job was very important knowledge wise. I learned product, how it worked and why it worked the way it did. It was a lot of team effort here as well and we all were eager to always grow.
I had responsibilities here that included, opening and closing stores and registers. Monitoring sales and keeping track of them. Since this was a smaller store with not to many people working it was crucial to meet customer needs going above and beyond. Helping them out no matter what, letting them know cheaper sales that were going on, etc. I also helped train other employees on our team!
This job was so fun as far as merchandising, getting to know different customers visiting or locals! I would help out in the fitting room, try to get those promotions out there so we would do better as a company. This job gave me experience stocking, organizing and re merchandising.!
