I turned 16 in July and have been working since I was 12. My first role was as a dog sitter and walker. By the age of 13, I became CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, which allowed me to start full-time babysitting.
At 15, I secured my first formal job at Publix, initially I was bagging groceries and managing carts but 4 months into my tenure, I received cashier training, followed by training for self-checkout operations. Occasionally, I also assist in the bakery or grocery departments as needed! :)
