Helping and witnessing others reveal their inner strength and get to know their body, mind, and soul better through moving their body and finding their individual fitness goals lights my soul up. This is what I will always choose to do as well as encourage and motivate people to find their own journey through movement, whether that be by classes, 1 on 1 coaching, training programs, etc. :)
