my first 4-5 months there, my manager wanted to make me manager highlighting that i’m very adaptive and quick and would be a great fit. they rely on me to come in early on some days or even stay in late, all the team members have only good things to say about me and i prevent problems at work. i pay attention to detail and like to do things right. im efficient once i fully learn what to do and sometimes even find better ways to do something, i always listen to directions and learn very fast.
