As Airport Worker 3 I trained and supervised up to 5 Airfield maintenance workers following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) advisory circular requirements for 14 CFR Part 139 Certificated Airports. I assisted in the development of Airfield Maintenance inspection tasks and procedures to ensure OSHA compliant work operations. I obtained my Public Pesticide Applicators license: Right of way and have helped many lower classification employees obtain theirs. I supervise the development and instruction of wildlife training programs and recommend and establish plans, policies, and procedures for lower classification employees to receive their annual National Rifle Association (NRA) training requirements. I operate heavy equipment such as tractors, mowers, backhoe and front-end loaders. I use my Class B CDL to operate commercial vehicles including dump trucks, snowplows, sanders, brooms, tanker truck, deicer truck and Oshkosh snow removal brooms. Daily I am Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of equipment in the field and the shop using a wide variety of hand tools and power tools. I use my broad skillset to perform surface maintenance of asphalt and concrete including fixing potholes, crack sealing, pouring concrete pads, and painting. I am a capable fabricator using tools such as plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torch, welder, grinder, band saw, chop saw.

As a custom home builder I lead a crew of up to 5 employees while performing a wide variety of tasks. I have a vast knowledge and advanced skillset in construction and implement innovative concepts that significantly enhance my efficiency and accuracy during construction projects. I operated a variety of heavy equipment including but not limited to excavators, skidsteers, and dingos to dig home sites, install utilities, backfill foundations, grade rock, and replace failing catch basins and storm drains. I called 811 (Dig safely Oregon) for locates before any excavation began. I installed underground utilities such as power, water lines, sewer lines, natural gas, and storm drains following all City and or County codes to ensure they would pass inspection. I Analyzed blueprints and drawings to determine structural dimensions of foundations, framing, sheer nail pattern for sheeting, truss layout, window placement, and more. I measured and cut lumber, siding, and trim to specified dimensions using a hand saw, power miter saw, table saw, and radial arm saw. I ensured all employess had proper PPE and were following OSHA policies and guidelines such as harnesses on roofs, shoring in trenches, etc. I inspected equipment daily and performed regular services, repairs, and upgrades using a wide variety of power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equiptment such as Impacts, sockets, wrenches, pliers, grinders, welders, plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and presses.

While working as an operator for Nixon Farms I executed a wide range of farming duties utilizing tractors, combines, excavators, backhoes, front end loaders, mowers and various other agricultural tools for crop cultivation and harvesting. I conducted daily inspections of vehicles and equipment prior to usage in order to identify any potential problems. I maintained and repaired farming equipment to provide consistent usability, prime operational condition and alleviate downtime. I used a variety of the listed equipment and hand tools to repair broken irrigation such as pipes, sprinklers, and valves. I communicated with coworkers regarding tasks assigned during each shift, the importance of familiarity with OSHA workplace safety standards and practices with the importance of maintaining a safe work environment, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance with associated company policies.
