I helped fix people's computer issues over the counter. For example, if their computer wouldn't start, if it was slow, or if there was something else going on with it, I am able to diagnose what was happening with their device and fix the issue with a smile on my face. I'm also able to pitch memberships and push sales through each interaction, as we had to meet certain sales criteria for memberships/services and devices. The devices I work with range from computers and phones to cameras and gaming consoles.
I have been a musician for 17 years, where I have learned how to play the guitar, drums, and to sing. I have been in and out of many different bands, some of which I have done small West Coast tours with. I am also a volleyball player. I have been playing volleyball since the seventh grade, and I played all the way through high school (all four years on varsity) until now, where I currently play for CSUN. I also produce my own music, where I use skills I've picked up since I played my first guitar to mix and master songs, which is something most people need to hire an audio engineer for.
