Summary

At Mike Freeman Ford, I excelled as a Lead Technician, where my adeptness in diagnostic testing and customer service significantly enhanced team capabilities and client satisfaction. Leveraging mechanical troubleshooting and relationship-building skills, I streamlined processes and fostered a culture of excellence, achieving a notable increase in efficiency and customer trust.

In 7 years, i went straight from college into an entry level lube tech position. to quickly advancing as a tech under going ford training online and in classroom as well. I have a Ford certification in Noise vibration and harshness, as well as a certification in electrical diagnosis and repair. I do not have any ASE certs as of now which i know you will require. The reason that i have never perused any ASE certs is because Ford does not require or recommend them. However i am more than willing to obtain all ASE certifications.
