- Improved process flow of Project Goose volume increase. Decreasing down time from trailer yard to launch Ramp by 45 minutes to 1 hour by initiating Project Goose PFP.
- Paired with Software development teams to write up a project paper to allow labor tracking into an externalized system that can be utilized over the road.
- Launched Project Makkari – a series of videos portraying basic Amazon sign language at KLAL to allow inclusivity for Deaf associates within the building.
- Worked with Retrofit PMs and construction teams to generate budget for MIA1’s second GS build and arranged meetings and communications with onsite leaders to establish benefits of one-way trailer yard flow

- Reached out to Sesame app team who provided tools necessary to add PYCO SCAC into the system and communicated in an email chain with PettyCo/Roadrunner freight, to have decals placed onto each of their lease trailer. This provided JAX3 a means to physically differentiate PettyCo trailers from Roadrunner trailers, thus, saving PettyCo thousands of dollars by avoiding any future liability issues.
- Teamed up with ROC to escalate to Estes carrier to prevent further misloading vehicle runs scheduled to be loaded into 53 foot trailers and not into pups. This removed the added 6-8 minutes per hoslter move.
