For me I read books that fit my interest. Read from fiction books which I find thrilling to even books about psychology that help me gain knowledge. Reading about psychology helps me gain a better understanding of how the mind works and the emotions answering all of my why questions to why are we the way we act. When it comes to books that are fiction my preference of genre is reading about mystery, fairy tale, fantasy, and adventure. Overall reading benefits me and in my career filed it plays in my favor.

I am fluent in Spanish able to read it as well. With this it has given me the ability to translate which is very helpful to those who don't understand English and verse vera. Not to mentioned it helps improve my communication skills with people. Being bilingual has allowed me to have cognitive flexibility. To have this ability I am very thankful for.
