As a Youth coach counselor. I Provide safety and supervision for the youth in the program. Monitor and document behaviors and activities, assist with educational, social, athletic, recreational activities.

• Serve as a liaison between church staff and lay leaders, Provide pastoral care services such as visitation of sick members, counseling, bereavement support, spiritual guidance and support to church members going through difficult times.

• Managed and directed the operations of the house. Delivered empathic compassionate care, assist with meal planning, safety, transportation and ADL’S to individuals in the transition home.

• Researched new technologies and platforms to ensure the brand remained up-to-date and competitive, Collaborated with internal departments on product launches and rebranding efforts and evaluated effectiveness of existing campaigns through qualitative and quantitative measurements
• Monitored industry news and trends; identified potential risks and developed solutions accordingly
• Analyzed customer feedback surveys to identify areas of improvement in product and service offerings.
