I monitored with fidelity and intentionally instruction in the Fine Arts and World Language department. I ensured teachers delivered instruction daily based on the standards-based classroom model. As the Operations Assistant Principal, I ensured the building maintained an exemplary standard of excellence. In this role I was responsible for submitting a plethora of work orders to address all building defects and deficiencies. I created a cleaning building matrix for the custodians that depicted the expectations regarding building readiness. I created a dismissal model that enabled all students to vacate the building and be on their respected buses in five minutes daily. As the Transportation Assistant Principal, I worked collaboratively with bus drivers to ensure students adhered to all bus policies with fidelity. As a result of my leadership, bus referrals decreased by eighty percent. I was responsible for administering the ACT, SAT, PSAT and AP tests for the past two years. In this testing capacity, I created a testing committee that assisted with administering the ACT, SAT and PSAT on the same day with fidelity without any irregularities. As AP testing coordinator, I administered a plethora of Advanced Placement exams with fidelity during a two-week period. I did not encounter any testing irregularities as a result of the due diligence of my testing committee and proctors. In this capacity, I provided teachers with enriching testing in-services which eradicated the existence of any testing irregularities during the administration of standardized testing. I monitored with fidelity daily instruction in the Career Technical and Agricultural Education Department. I ensured teachers delivered instruction daily based on the standards-based classroom model. In this capacity, I ensured the Work Based learning component complied with district goals and standards. Also, I ensured CTAE staff members completed and submitted monthly logs. I ensured CTAE staff enrolled and completed professional development courses in CTAERN. I monitored the CTAERN portal regularly ensuring that CTAE staff were in compliance. As a result of my leadership in one year as the CTAE Assistant Principal, EOPA scores and work based learning participants increased substantially.
