Opening the building on weekends and sometimes late in the evenings on week days for emergency customer needs.

• In addition to original duties listed below came the following responsibilities:• Lead the Rental Demo Office and Repair Team. In Lead role, was the main point of contact for sales teams in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Rocky Mountains, Great Plains territory, and West Coast including Alaska and Hawaii.• Delegate responsibilities to other rental demo coordinators and repair technicians.• Coordinate with corporate office in New Jersey regardingtool readiness and availability for upcoming rentals.• Work with logistics companies for time sensitive deliveries and scheduling freight pick ups and deliveries for shipments to big for small parcel companies.

• Responsible for transferring inventory to and from our various locations, including vans, offices, and warehouses and tracking it as it comes in and goes out.• Answer all calls and emails concerning Rental, Demos and Loaners.• Greet customers, area managers and territory managers and assist with inquiries about equipment.• Follow up with Mobile Technicians and Sales Representatives on loaner equipment status weekly while tracking movement in Excel and the ERP.• Assist with deliveries and preparing equipment for rentals/demos/loaners.• Work with carriers and their systems (UPS & FedEx) for label printing, returns, shipments and tracking.• Schedule tool deliveries and review for accuracy.• Put together rentals and customer orders, make sure they are complete and accurate before going out.• Handle Data Entry into Excel and Great Plains (eventually SAP B1) for Demonstrations, Loaners and Rentals and then track.• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order.• Work with in-house technicians to guarantee proper inventory levels for the rental fleet.• Input rental billing values and work with the corporate rental & accounting departments.• Load and unload rental/demo/loaner equipment and process returns

Responsible for opening and closing office (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).  Answering phones and responding to customer emails.  Billing, quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, shipping and receiving, data entry, warehouse inventory and inventory adjustments.  Directly oversaw two salesmen for the Inland Empire and parts of San Gabriel Valley, and worked closely with Sales Manager in main office in Santa Fe Springs.  Directly oversaw and routed driver for the Inland Empire and parts of the San Gabriel Valley.  Dealt with customers walking into the office.  Responsible for a detailed Weekly Report to President/Owner of the company.

Responsibilities included answering phones and responding to customer emails.  Billing online customers and performing data entry in Enterprise Resource Planning (Distribution One software) and Microsoft Excel.  

Responsible for delivering and cataloging sales orders for Inland Empire and parts of the San Gabriel Valley.  Also, picking up and cataloging purchase orders from various vendors throughout Inland Empire and parts of the San Gabriel Valley. 

Greeting customers, seating customers, clearing and cleaning tables, running food to tables, filling up drinks, and helping in the kitchen with making food and cleaning.
