  • Worked 10-hour shifts starting at 2am, was assigned as an unloader on my second shift, a position only 6 employees carry out at a time out of hundreds of warehouse employees due to the need for each individual to move around 2,000 packages and boxes an hour during the length of their shift. I know how to work hard.
  • Learned more in-depth about supply chain systems not only mechanical but also interpersonal processes implemented by Amazon that has made it the gold standard in e-commerce and delivery.
  • Created a system of organizing packages coming off the conveyer belt that lead to my team being faster and more effective which reduced lag time in pile ups and increased moral, partly due to team chemistry, but mainly due to the conservation of worker energy.

I enjoy being outside and active, preferably a hike with friends. I love to push myself physically when it comes to pursuits such as: the gym, yoga and meditation. I have fallen back into my love of reading this past year and am currently reading the stoic philosophies of Epictetus. If it challenges me and pushes me to be better it typically finds my affinity.
