- Oversee and verify Operational procedures are being applied and followed i.e. safety procedures
- Oversee general building maintenance and report any maintenance issues to GM
- Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles while working with competency of employees in company processes
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in operations while making necessary improvements and adjustment
- Oversee the process of unit placement for auction and preparedness of auction
- Responsible for numbering process for auction set up
- Verifies units for auction i.e. Make, Model, Mileage, VIN, and Companion information
- Track company equipment and necessary maintenance
- Enforces safety policies within employees
- Participate in weekly Operation management meetings as needed
- Lead daily operational production meetings
