Sport supervisor for Swimming and Diving with administrative duties, personnel management, compliance oversight, fiscal and strategic planning to ensure the success of the UMBC swimming and diving program. As the Executive Director of the UMBC Summer Day Camp shaping the camp experience while creating a fun and memorable experience for campers while prioritizing their safety, development, and well-being while upholding UMBC's standards of excellence and integrity.
