- I am currently serving as the Director for Systems Operations for the Western Municipal Water District
- Responsibilities include management and oversight for potable water, non-potable water, wastewater, and recycled-water services
- Oversee operations, personnel and technical services for the district’s systems operations, including the purchasing and wheeling of water to retail and wholesale customers
- Responsible for development of the District’s comprehensive energy management program, including solar, battery energy supply systems, and micro-grid analysis
- Serves as the Administrator for a 5-Agency Joint Powers Authority overseeing a 14-MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant and Recycle Water Program, with a $12m operating and $40m 5-year capital budget
- Extensive experience working with Consultants’, Mayors, City Managers, elected officials, and senior-level government officials
