When I first started, Alvar hired me as a cleaner. Since then, I became more of a general helper, learning how to operate a fork truck, move thousands of gallons of product to shipping, operate and maintain heavy machinery, and practically everything else they have to do.

My responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean work environment using heavy machinery to clean.
• Operate mills used to create product (carbon and varnish)
• Pump product into storage containers
• Operate a fork truck to move thousands of gallons of porduct to different locations
• Prioritized and organized tasks to efficiently accomplish service goals.
• Collaborated closely with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
• Worked with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Maintained updated knowledge through continuing education and advanced training.

I started Casey’s as a regular kitchen employee then later through consistent hard work, was promoted to shift lead.

Some of my responsibilities included:

• Ensured compliance with health regulations and maintained cleanliness standards.
• Collaborated with management to streamline kitchen workflows for improved productivity.
• Supervised kitchen team during high-volume shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Trained new staff on food safety and preparation techniques for consistency.
• Managed inventory levels and ordered supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency.
• ensured all machinery was cleaned and working smoothly
• Made sure myself and others were following proper protocol when it came to food safety, customer service and daily responsibilities
