Creates vision and strategy and leads team members to achieve optimum quality assurance. Develop systems and processes for high-quality product delivery, Experience in managing and monitoring the development of software tests for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements. Provide technical and strategic leadership to Quality Engineers. Worked with, and/or built, geographically distributed teams and external vendor relationships. Partner to build a DevOps culture through the extension of CI/CD best practices. Reduce manual quality assurance efforts related to the release through the implementation of automated test execution. Experience on mentoring and drive technical conversations and framework implementation with automated test tools like Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver and TOSCA. Experience using ALM software such as JIRA, confluence, and Azure DevOps. Expertise in ETL and Data Migration testing, and data integration tools like Trifacta. Experience working with teams integrating with 3rd party APIs. Experience in handling Agile-Scrum teams to define test strategies, review and refine test scenarios, provide test direction as well as lead the teams in developing test automation designs from conception to implementation. Expert knowledge in both Traditional (waterfall) and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Scaled Agile). Seek out, evaluate, and recommend tools that can help facilitate improvements to the quality engineering process. Expert knowledge in development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses. Manage vendor relationships and overall testing infrastructure and its evolution. Encourage continuous improvement and efficiency through process enhancement and automation. Develop and drive KPIs and GRIP for objective quality measurements.
