· Collaborate and work with the Business team to gather requirements and document them in the form of Epics/Features/User Stories etc
· Conduct meetings with the dev team to review the user stories first hand and gain an overall understanding on the business ‘Ask’

· Schedule, Conduct and lead the UAT checkpoint calls with the entire team (including business) to ensure QA/UAT sign-off has been received and attached to the respective feature for documentation purposes
· Support the release by steering and leading the QA/UAT PROD validation on the Production Day and ensure the sign offs have been received by QA and Business teams and attached to the respective feature in Jira for tracking purposes.
· Be the voice of the tech team and help them bridge any gap with the business.
