Hospital based work mainly weekend nights. Duties included all routine radiography, portable imaging and emergency procedures in the OR. Working closely with Emergency Department providers and staff providing support through technical experience and diagnostic imaging.

Clinic Manager in a private Radiology Group for less than one year. Goals, to improve line item costs, reduce and tighten expenditures and overhead. Manage in house staff including, Radiologic Technologists, Mammographers, Ultrasonographers, Certified DEXA Technologists, Portable- Technologists and the Radiologists we serve.

• Oversee quality assurance in imaging, medical records and all particulars as required by state and federal law. Manage our in house-transcription services and distribution of reports.( technology at that time included by mail and fax).
• Oversee the daily reading, transcription, reporting and storage of images as part of a sub-contracted partner and Portable X-Ray Company. Imaging Manager Pilot City Medical Center( location of former Beth El Synagogue 1969-1995)during a total renovation, demolition of old facility and new build. With over one million dollar budget for Radiology we were able to assist the project in updating 1969 X-Ray equipment to state of the art digital imaging equipment. In 1993, Second only to Hennepin County Medical Center, we were the only imaging provider in the state to acquire new technology and make the transition from film and darkroom processing to filmless imaging and remote reading capabilities.
