Recommendation

This letter is my personal recommendation for Gazmend Kaba. Until just recently, I have been Gus's immediate manager, and I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a high level of professionalism. Besides being a joy to work with, Gus is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully supervised a team of five employees, and in his time with ASI our company had an increase in productivity up to 80%. I highly recommend Gus for employment. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
