  • A retired real estate executive with more than 35 years of experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing real estate professionals and brokerage offices. Mr. Berman began his career as a real estate sales agent in Encino, California, attaining Vice President status and receiving several sales awards.
  • Mr. Berman joined the firm's management team in 1996 by moving to the East Coast and pioneering the firm's expansion to the East Coast by opening the Fort Lauderdale office. Starting from out of a hotel room. Berman grew the operation to top-10 status within 5 years, top-5 status within 7 years, and became the number 1 office within the company within 9 years. In 2005, he was honored by becoming a managing director of the firm and charge with developing and overseeing the eastern half of the United States. By the end of his tenure, he opened and oversaw 35 offices, 600 professional sales agents, 26 managers, and an operation that produced 100 million dollars in annual revenue. In the fall of 2013, he was a founding partner in taking the company public. He holds a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Southern California, and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
