- Customer Services Engineer for Indiana Michigan Power General Office from 1993-1995. Responsible for implementing programs that AEP initiated for C&I customers. Developed brochures highlighting C&I installations of geothermal, heat pumps, off-peak storage of ice and heat to save customers cost on energy. Was chairman of the Indiana Electric Association Electro Expo '95 at the Indianapolis Convention Center promoting electric opportunities for all five Indiana Investor Owned Electric Companies C&I customers.
