Receive customer clothes to be dry cleaned, inspect for defects and spots. Greet customers upon entering store, answer any customer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

• Resolving customer’s issues, answering customer’s questions, providing the best customer service, sharing product knowledge, fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner (large orders; wood, drywall, concrete, and blocks etc.), locating merchandise packaging and organizing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks for delivery shipment.

• Greeting customers, providing customers with a positive dining experience, organize stock room, maintaining a clean environment

• In charge of providing a pleasant experience for customers while shopping, engaging with the customers, answering any questions in regards to merchandise, keeping sales floor nice and neat.
