Currently the Chiller team's TTL. Have been able to lead the team through a rough transitory phase and keep morale high while assisting the TBSM with anything they need to reduce work load on them. Have made a large impact with our branch and brought some much needed ideas on how we can improve operations and customer service.

Learned quickly what processes are required to correctly work on chillers and large commercial equipment. Worked with team to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues with customers to come to a satisfactory conclusion

Worked with customers to resolve problems with residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Resolved warranty issues with thoroughness and expertise regarding forms and procedures. Acted as a go-between for management and fellow technicians to resolve issues and enact new ideas.

Responsible for the assembly and repair of down hole oil reservoir lift pumps. Worked with customers, other companies, and management to ensure prompt service for customers.
