Prepared experiments, optimized assay performance, and tested clinical samples, gaining exposure to translational research and lab-to-clinic diagnostics. Refined diagnostic sensor systems through hands-on testing and cross-functional teamwork within a multidisciplinary research team. Designed and conducted an independent research project to improve diagnostic assay formats; analyzed data and communicated findings to faculty mentors.
