* Direct all plant operations, facilities maintenance, engineering, grounds, and infrastructure services across hospital and ambulatory care locations

*Work closely with all staff as well as patients, visitors, and contractors

* Inspecting and maintaining all fire and smoke rated walls in accordance with NFPA 80 including electrical rooms, clean and soiled utilities, plant areas and patient rooms and anywhere life safety drawings dictate.

*Maintaining accurate parts and supplies inventory using the Hilti system that are necessary to perform on-site repairs and wall constructions.

*Writing above ceiling work permits and calling on contractors in all phases of construction

*Working through complex architectural challenges both in new and existing construction

*Following up with contractors after work is completed and final walk through of projects inspection

*Mentoring 2 trades helpers with my combined 12 years of supervisory experience from early career endeavers and my abilities and rounded knowledge of hospital construction and operation to progress in remediation of sophisticated fire and fabrication and building requirements on a local, state, and federal level

* Am responsible for fire extinguisher and exhaust hood renewals both physical and in the computer systems

*Updating life safety drawings to best of ability with plant engineer and architect firm.

*Using all forms of technology to communicate including zoom, office pro, outlook, cell,

*Work with many contractors, hospital staff, and team members on select projects that are complicated involving multiple people working together to construct and,build and still remain compliant in the regulatory setting

*Work on call and weekend rotations for general facilities mechanical repairs and emergencies on complex

*Constructing walls and repairing sheet-rock in fire rated are according to NFPA
