- Plans overall work requirements for the branch to meet end item time frames
- Assigns and supervises the work of subordinates and provides justification in advance for additional manpower, equipment and materials to accomplish projected workloads
- Makes job assignments based on work experiences and project priorities
- Solves work related problems and coordinates necessary process with other work centers to ensure timely completion of all projects
- Provides technical assistance on difficult projects and ensures completed work is timely and in conformance with instructions, specifications such as Special Packaging Instruction and coded packaging data
- Provides cost estimation for projected workload for overland aircraft shipment and special projects

- Lead coordinator for Packaging Material training and certification program for ICC
