  • Heavily relied on to train incoming/Level 1 mechanics in shop procedures, tool room procedures, and combat systems, using hands-on multi-echelon training.
  • Assisted shop office in the ordering, tracking, and organizing of crucial parts, which resulted in the motor pool maintaining a 9040 readiness rate.
  • Selected over 16 fellow soldiers to lead the maintenance team to Roving Sands Deployment. Responsible for maintaining 20 Air Defense Combat Systems.
  • Maintained an unmatched MOS proficiency, which resulted in zero pacing items being inoperable for more than two hours during the Roving Sands Deployment.
  • While being assigned to the tool room, I was able to maintain strict accountability of 800 pieces of equipment, valued at over 10 million dollars, with zero loss.
  • Assisted in the planning, organization, and execution of a successful 30+ day deployment to the National Training Center located in Mojave Desert, California.
  • Assisted in the planning and execution of our company's first-ever Mount Site Training, integrating MILES gear and pyrotechnics in order to train the 40 Warrior Tasks.
  • Often took charge of shop cleanliness and preparations for Command Ready Battery, resulting in zero personnel injuries or damages to equipment.
  • While emphasizing maintenance excellence in the shop, I was able to complete 116 service jobs and 238 unscheduled jobs.
  • Assisted in the turn-in of 168 major assemblies, which saved the Army over 18 million dollars in replacement costs.
