As a Student Outreach Coordinator, I mentor a group of individuals, guiding them to succeed both academically and personally. Additionally, I am the founder of the Liberian Student Organization, a group I helped create and develop into a successful and impactful community on campus. This organization has flourished under my leadership, providing support and fostering connections for students of Liberian heritage. I am also an engaged member of the African Student Association, where I collaborate with fellow students to celebrate African culture, promote diversity, and organize community-building activities. I hold certifications in both CPR and an internship at the Agape Children’s Development Center, where I further refined my teaching skills and passion for working with children. I volunteer at the M Health Fairview Surgery Center, where I assist in creating My-Chart accounts, setting up appointments, and guiding patients through using My-Chart for payments, messages, test results, medications, and visits. My ability to work efficiently with coworkers to complete tasks and respond quickly to meet customer needs has helped improve the overall patient experience.
Additionally, I serve as a youth leader, mentoring young individuals in developing leadership skills. I take pride in fostering positive, authentic relationships with youth and their families, planning and facilitating engaging activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
