  • Develops standard operating procedures and guidance regarding administrative aspects of the FAO office functions.

  • Performs a variety of word processing and software using Agency approved word processing and database software for correspondence, memorandums, reports, acknowledgment and engagement letters, standard operating procedures, charts, graphics, statistical, data, etc.
  • Ensures proper formatting, spacing, and arrangements of tabular or statistical materials.
  • Assists new users with set up and provides general assistance to existing users (e.g., access to office automation systems, backups, necessary certificate, installation, and Local Area Network (LAN) issues).
  • Assists the FAO staff with Defense Travel System (DTS) automated input and processing issues concerning orders, reimbursements, and vouchers; makes appropriate group and team changes in DTS and in accordance with travel regulation and procedures.
  • Prepares promotions using the Standard Form (SF)-52s and tracks personnel actions with Regional, Headquarters and other offices.
  • Handles and coordinates administrative and logistical requirements and preparations for staff conferences.
  • Maintains required activity logs; maintains and tracks supply budget and backup documentations, inventory, requests, etc.
  • Ensures FAO property and office equipment requirements are met.
  • Maintains Security Clearance
