As a Project Manager at Boiler Specialists, Inc., I was responsible for the following:

-perform visits to jobsite (industrial factories, schools, government facilities) to determine which necessary repairs were needed on industrial boilers.

-work up quotations in my office to submit to customers for necessary repairs. Email quotations to customer for their approval.

-upon approval of quotations,order parts and coordinate scheduling with our dispatcher.

-perform jobsite visits during repairs to supervise repairs performed by servicemen.

-after completion of repairs, communicate with customers to discuss completed repairs and to ensure that customer is satisfied.

-provide job completion approval and forward to billing department for invoicing.

-provide follow-up with customers if invoices were not paid.
