Accomplishments

    Over 19 years of technical knowledge in network operations troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, training, special projects and escalation technician experience makes me a perfect fit for this position. As a past team leader, I've successfully mentored and trained new team members to meet department proficiency score card goals to align with field operation standards of 90%. I was lead technician for Cox Service assurance team working along with vendors, contractors and external partners to build ASU's network infrastructure and successfully meet goal date. Recently completed the Galveston Elementary School re-build project and was the point person coordinated with contractors, McCarthy construction, Special Systems and ISP partner Cox Communications in getting the network and telephony circuits installed and successfully completed before deadline. Currently I'm attending Leadership Academy training to include completing professional development training through Udemy certification courses and will continue ongoing learning and to grow throughout my career at Chandler Unified Schools #80.
