Accomplishments

The Delta V project started in 2017 which was to upgrade older units running an older version of honeywell Experion ,PIE,Scada HPM ,along with different communities.

We have worked along and side by side with Scallon controls ,emerson representatives ,Bently Nevada as well to install new equipment ,demo old equipment on Turn Arounds and on hot cutovers that would include Alky ,Cracker ,Decoker, Cataylst ,Tank Farms,Terminals.

Included with parts of these units would be relocating process operators to a temp console we set up, them demo their old console and build , install new ones with and with out Evans design and console company.

Started in 2024 Motiva wanted a version of honeywell to be equivalent to Delta V Operations for honeywell Virtualization project was created.

what was Flint Hills now Motiva chemicals is soly running on the new version of the Virtualization after we completed it in early 2025.

we also work and have a great team relationship with security and their employees assisting with maintaining and installing new equipment as follows access controls, cameras, badge readers, Evac musters stations ,thermal systems by Axis,Pelco, panasonic, explosion proof cameras, setting the IPs , maintaining their equipment.

building the stands and designing the TA areas for a permanent install of the infrastructure with overhead cable tray from a 4ft network Hoffman to house Motivas Business switches ,3rd party network then to separate small enclosure's with cat6 patch panels with temp 4 bundle cables able to remove from a temp trailer or BRM to roll back to the I beam to reuse on next Turn Around.

Also made it a standard to set up a North and South ,A and B fiber Distribution Hoffman at each of the OPs shelter ,buildings,RIE,REE,MCC,to stop from penetrating each location in the bulkheads to start installing a 144-288 strand fiber inside the Hoffman's for process and business fiber to all ways keep them separated.

Heat Trace network involves a setup of a unit Hoffman utilizing a 144sm A and 144sm B fiber Distribution outside the RIE then downstream will be a smaller 48sm fiber, Hoffman ,with a cisco IE-4000 CSN switch that will hold up to 7 heat trace panels using shielded cat6 w/drain in a shielded ethernet mod then a shielded patch cable to the switch.

In the RIE will have your Fiber DST A and B then from there under floor to your process network cabinet with the Fiber DST CSN switch, this is to keep everything as infrastructure and not pulling fiber or copper patch cables under floor ,less risk of damage.

Every RIE building has fiber and cat6 bundles from DST cabinets with ethernet and fiber patch panels ,no more loose cables under floor for some one to damage when working in area.
