customer personnel at the chain level by spending four to five days per week in the field.
Achieve merchandising objectives and ensure stale control measures as established versus
Region objectives. Continually focus on improving productivity by means of value-added
operational efficiencies; route split initiatives, and flawless execution at store/retail level.
Provide all required assistance at the retail level to achieve Pepperidge Farm's established
