Summary
I come from a background founded on discipline and hard-work, but also a background filled with love and being joyful in all circumstances. I grew up in a small town in Northeast Georgia called, "Dahlonega" where I was one of the few black people in my school. Due to this disparity I naturally stood out, for better or for worse, and I chose for better. I became known as the person who always carried a smile, even after serious injuries such as ACL tears. I was known for being a leader and someone who is personable meaning I was a joy to talk to. Hard work was another trait instilled in me during my time back at home, I was known to be one of the hardest workers no matter what I did because I believe in doing ones best no matter what it is.

My experience with event team thus far has been a great chance to show leadership and personable skills through having to direct people around different venues along with having genuine and frequent conversations with multiple of the season ticket holders for the football and basketball games. A second job I did was wood splitting and delivering which allowed me to have a very hands on experience with "grunt" work so to speak while being very personable with customers and learning more about them. One of my biggest traits is my ability to be personable with anyone I meet no matter there back ground and being willing to go the extra mile to have a connection with them!

In terms of my trait, I am good at public speaking, I want to be an FCA Pastor which means public speaking will be a major part of my job I have leadership capabilities, I grew up playing multiple sports and being a captain for them at that so leading is a big part of who I am Being understanding is a major focus of mine, I don't like judging on first appearances and enjoy getting to learn more about people beyond the surface of who they are Should an issue arise, I am quick on my toes to solve a problem and if it is a problem I am not fit to handle then I do a great job of handling the issue at hand until someone more qualified arrives
