Primarily inventory based duties. Keep track of all incoming and outgoing products and supplies.

Performs daily/weekly cycle counts when needed as well as annual cycle counts. Receives, verify and inspects incoming shipments signing off on them. Replenishing pharmacy and backstock with needed product and supplies. Notifies team lead or supervisor of shortages, overages, inconsistencies or stock discrepancies. Use handheld device for scanning of all products or entering manually.

Fills orders by carefully and accurately measuring prescriptions, applying labels to medication vials.

Verifying accuracy with Pharmacists on duty prior to dispensing. Respects members privacy by maintaining confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA laws. Stock dispensing stations daily with needed supplies and ensure dispensing utensils are thoroughly cleaned. Assist with shipping clerks when needed with packing and shipping of dispensed orders. Retrieves cancelled orders and update member profiles when necessary

Picked orders, scsnned products and packed into boxes or coolers for refrigerated orders. Sort orders to designated locations for daily shipping. Loaded and secured prescription orders into containers onto pallets, loaded containers onto trucks for scheduled deliveries. Replenish assigned work stations with necessary supplies at end of each shift. Fill in where needed by covering associates bath room breaks, call offs, breaks and lunches.

Planned and cased mail in sequence of delivery for designated route. Assisted customers with questions and concerns involving mail deliveries and parcels. Used portable devices to maintain system records by scanning items delivered to homes and businesses. Operated vehicle and equipment to transport packages and mail pieces. Collected mail from letter boxes on specific route both on foot and by vehicle. Accurately delivered parcels and mail to correct destinations.

Prepared Vehicles for customer rentals by cleaning interior/exterior of vehicle to ensure quality assurance standards. Performed regular maintenence (non mechanical duties such as tire pressure monitoring, fluid levels and fueling vehicles) in a safe and timely fashion. Parked vehicles in designated locations for convenient customer rental pick up. Ensure vehicles have appropriate legal documents and vehicle operating guides. Assisted customers with end of rental check in.
